Q01 How do I make a claim?
A01 Depending on the type of cover you have you will be given 1 of 2 emergency helpline numbers (check the contact page for details) If your vehicle has an Electrical or mechanical breakdown call the emergency number straight away. Once you make the claim, we will vaildate the policy and the fault and you will assess the immediate need. Some of the policy works on a pay and claim basis and therefore all original receipts for costs incurred relating to the incident be retained. Such receipts should be made available at the request of National Breakdown.

Q02 How many times a year can I make a claim?
A02 Depending on the Policy type there will be a limit to either 3 or 5 claims per year for an Annual Policy or 2 for a Single European Trip.

Q01 How do I make a claim?
A01 If the keys attached to the key fob are lost and remain lost for a period of 3 days, a claim can be submitted by contacting the Keycare Emergency Helpline on 0845 3030550. If keys are stolen a claim can be made immediately. Keycare works on a pay and claim basis and therefore all original receipts for costs incurred relating to the loss or theft must be retained. Such receipts should be made available at the request of Keycare Limited. Once Keycare validates the claim, a cheque will be sent to you as the fob holder.

Q02 How many times a year can I make a claim?
A02 You can make an unlimited number of claims up to the maximum limits per registered keyfob.
