To make a HGV/Fleet Motor Insurance Claim
Please inform us if your vehicle or another vehicle is damaged in an accident . Our freephone number should be given to anyone else involved in an accident so we can liase with all the relevant parties. We will then register the claim under your policy and provide you with all of the necessary advice to begin the claims handling process.

Making a KeyCare Claim

Recover your keys fast with Keycare's 24 hour key protection, key recovery and locksmith assistance service. When you discover that your keys are missing:
- Please call our 24 hour emergency helpline on 0845 366 0227
- Please have your unique key fob number ready, which will enable us to retrieve your policy details.
You will be asked to confirm the circumstances of lost keys or stolen keys, allowing us to agree the best course of action to take. If the keys attached to the keyfob are lost and remain lost for a period of 3 days, a claim can be submitted. If keys are stolen a claim can be made immediately. Keycare works on a pay and claim basis therefore all original receipts for costs incurred, due to lost keys or stolen keys, should be retained. Such receipts must be made available at the request of Keycare Limited. Once Keycare validates the claim, subject to the claim limit, a cheque will be issued to you.
